Frequently Asked Questions

What is the duration of the class?

The usual class timings of the school. (45 mins to 1 hour)

Will the same instructor teach all classes?

Pool of instructors will be assigned to the school. Ideally, the same concepts are taught by the same instructor.

Are these IIT'an teachers Full-time instructors or are they current students of IIT and pursuing this out of interest (as a side job/hustle/hobby)

Mix of IITians who are working professionals as well as current students pursuing a part time job.

What if there are issues during the duration of a class (technical glitch etc). Will that be counted?

If the technical glitches are from our side, the classes won't be counted. If not, yes they will be counted.

What if the teacher doesnt turn up for a scheduled class, will it be counted?

Firstly, it’s highly unlikely for a teacher not to turn up, since we would always have a spare one to cover up. If for some reason, assuming none of them turned up. It would be a canceled class and will be covered up in the next class. The canceled classes are not counted.

Are there any trial classes that can be conducted for free?

Yes, We would conduct a free online trial class (introducing basics and make them understand the importance of coding and give them an understanding of what the future classes are going to be. A representative from our team would set up the initial proceedings for the free trial classes.

What if the customer is not satisfied, will your company refund the remaining unused credits?

As we are providing a free trial class before the school’s commitment, we are planning to have a minimum lock-in period, post which the school can discuss to renew the contract.

Is there any printed reference material that will be given to participants?

No, but the participants will be given timely materials as PDFs for them to read at their own time. The school or the student can print them as used accordingly. Mostly of the learning is through activity based classes, assignments and projects.

Any certificate of completion for students?

Yes, On successful competition of assignments and projects, we would give them the certificates.

Any exam to test the student's understanding?

There will be timely exams throughout the course. These will be scheduled according to the school schedules.
